On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours an orange-amber color with a white head. The aroma is very hoppy. I get a lot of orange and pine notes, about what I expected and very inviting. The flavor is similar. In addition to the orange citrus and pine notes, there is quite a bit of resin character in the flavor that builds and builds as the beer is drank. As the resin and bitterness builds, the beer gets harder to drink. The alcohol is very well hidden. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. An interesting showcase of what nugget hops can do in a beer.

A: Pours a clear copper color. A bubbly one finger white head forms, and recedes in a minute. Light lace is left behind.
S: Crisp citrus up front. Lemon and grapefruit. Also some grassy and floral notes. Biscuit malt in the finish. Lots of depth.
T: Tons of hops that follow the nose. Citrus, grapefruit, floral and grassy. At first the bitterness is not over the top, but it grows as the beer warms. Some grainy and sugary sweetness lingers.
M/D: A medium body and carbonation. Crisp, clean, and dry. As the bitterness builds this becomes harder for me to finish.
Overall very nice. There were several of these single hop beers on tap, which is a really good idea. Enjoyable, especially for the hop head.
