Hop Skool CTZ - on cask at the Draft House.
A - light golden, clear with small head and very little lacing
S - solid pine/juniper nose
T - extremely bitter but nicely balanced with a hint of malt. The bitterness endures for a while
M - nice and oily, coats the mouth but also maintains a refreshing character
D - could drink a few of these - dangerous!
I enjoyed going to CTZ Hop School!

Growler from the Draught House. This is the Hop School IPA brewed exclusively with Columbus hops.
The beer pours a golden-yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the grapefruit, pine and resiny hops. A very nice aroma that definitely showcases the Columbus hops.
The flavor is also heavy on the hops. The flavor is resiny and piney hops with some biscuit malt mixed in. I also get some orange and grapefruit notes. There are a lot of hop flavors in this one beer, remarkable for a beer with only one hop variety.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
