Shows a hazy goldenrod body with a slim eggshell-white head. Excellent lacing on the glass. The aroma is surprisingly dominated by crystal and pale malts, while the hops have decided to take a backseat in their additions of pine and light citrus notes.
The flavor more than makes up for what the aroma lacks by providing a burst of Centennial hops that add a floral, citrusy bitterness to the lightly toasted biscuit malt profile. Body is creamy for the style with a dry mineral bite on the finish. Overall, this is a clean & tasty centennial-bomb. The poor-man's Two Hearted Ale.
