This Gose, dubbed Lime Bomb, is just that. A big ol lime bomb. This beer is 50% wheat with a hint of coriander. It also has had Himalayan pink salt and Persian lime powder added to it, along with a metric shit ton of fresh lime puree. Hence the name.
