Appearance - From the tap, the beer poured a nice pale straw color with a fluffy white head.
Smell - The nose was generally sour, with some bitterness.
Taste - The profile had a strong lemon presense with salty also making a strong bid for attention. The bold initial taste was followed by a dry wheat finish. The overall profile had a steady sour presense, that was not too acidic.
Mouthfeel - Carbonation was not overly ascertive and allowed the sourness to linger.
Overall - I thought the beer was quite well done for the style, particularly with many bad versions in circulation.
