Tasting Notes: El Malecón was inspired by the light and fresh corn lagers famous to Mexico. Let this easy drinking adjunct lager transport you to the oceanside “Malecón” of your favourite Mexican town or city. Brewed with barley and corn and fermented with our house lager yeast, El Malecón pours a pale straw yellow with a mouse-like head. Aromas of lemon, honeysuckle, and dry spice lead to biscuity flavours of graham-cracker, corn bread and honey with a balanced bitterness and medium body. The finish is bright, crisp, and refreshing.
