@ Bhavana
Mostly clear brassy hue under a small, thick head of white foam. Smooth, fragrant, almost creamy aromas...white wine, peach skin, light leather, and subtle woody spice, Tart fruity flavor - a nice blend of woody funk, oak, lemon acidity, pineapple, and flowery/leathery Brett. Medium-light, tart, and slick, but drying out in the end. A lovely, smooth tart Saison.
Great barrel integration - a little heavy on the acidity for my personal Saison preferences, but still wonderfully executed.

Appearance: Arrives hazy and amber with a perky head that leaves a few strands and spots
Smell: Lemon pith and pineapple, acetic and funky
Taste: Acetic at the outset, with the lemon pith and pineapple forward; funky, through the middle, with a dry and oaky but acetic finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Eight months in the foeder have done some magic with this beer, making the wild yeast shine
