Medium orange, clear, minimal head. Aroma is lightly sweet, crisp apple, white wine-woody funk...very clean and refreshing. Taste is tart with peaches and apple, wood musk, maybe lightly leathery, and overall dry and crisp. Very appealing clean smooth texture. Refreshing and a little whhhacky.

Appearance: Pours a clear copper color with a thick three fingers; excellent retention and copious lacing
Smell: Leathery Brett aromatics combine with an acetic aspect; oaky tones with a hint of vinous red wine
Taste: The Brett and acetic sour tones dance together on the front end; a powerful oak tone emerges, with green apple and earthy red wine tones; very tannic, after the swallow, with a hint of bitterness
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: This beer demonstrates Bhavana's impressive skill at work with a variety of yeast strains
