Appearance: Pours a burnt orange color trending toward rust, with a one finger head that leaves splotches of lace
Smell: Lactic red wine grape and cherry, Balsamic vinegar and oak
Taste: Starts with Lactic red wine grape and cherry elements; through the middle, the Balsamic vinegar and oak aspects add depth, along with a hint of caramel; tart, though slightly sweet and sour through the finish; the Sangiovese is a lasting impression
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Bhavana shows their way around the Flanders style with this beer and the Sangiovese puncheon really complements the recipe
