Appearance: Arrives with an opaque apricot color and a small head that fades quickly; minimal lacing
Smell: Tart papaya and white wine tones with a vague spice cake aspect
Taste: Dry but acetic, from the outset, with vinous Gewürztraminer wine tones; hints of papaya and spice cake, in the middle with a dry, citrusy and tart finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation
Overall: Another twist on the farmhouse style; quite unusual; despite the lack of carbonation, an example of why Bhavana may be the most interesting brewery in North Carolina
