Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color with a one finger head; a few shards of lace
Smell: Sour orange with an oaky hint of red wine grape
Taste: Tart orange flavors forward with a hint of melon underneath; bitter and citrusy, through the middle, with the Cabernet barrel treatment showing through in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: Bright and tart, this is another example of Bhavana's success with the barrel
