Look: It pours black with a large brown head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has aromas of roast and chocolate. There are vinous notes with dark fruits that most resemble plums.
Taste: It has flavors of roast and chocolate with some very low burnt elements. There are some vinous qualities in the background with low nuts and low levels of dark fruits.
Feel: It has a full body with a bittersweet finish.
Overall, the complexity in the flavors blend well.
