Sip this one slowly so you don't jump ahead of its tangerine, coconut, and stone fruit aromas. Our signature malt bill lays the foundation for three tropical hop varieties: Idaho 7, Amarillo, and our brand-new favorite, Sabro. We love its gentle bite and murmuring scents of pine, mint and cedar.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and moderate peach + apricot + pale golden yellow + pale orange + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall soapy sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of very mottled thin film covering approximately 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/tangerine + stone fruit/nectarine + tropical/mango + coconut + herbal (mint) + pine hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with impart a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with impart a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/tangerine + stone fruit/nectarine + tropical/mango + coconut + herbal (mint) + pine hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving light to moderate lingering coconut + citrus hops flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a lighter mouthfeel. Enjoyable and does a nice job featuring the Sabro hop.
