Poured a brown body with slow dying one finger head that never goes away as there's always a lace ring. A mixed aroma of nuttiness and yeast as well as some slightly roasted malts along with chocolate. Light to medium bodied beer that has a good balance/mix of roasted malts for a dryer beer but also some sweet chocolate and hints of toffee or hazelnut so it's never too dry (or too sweet). Rather simplistic and not much going on but a enjoyable beer that is a tasty sipper and the higher abv lends to a warming sensation as you slowly progress through the beer.
