"This beer is brewed in memory of our friend Tom Allen. It is a big and smooth ale like Tom would have enjoyed. Cheers."
As the name would suggest, this pours a crisp straw-gold color with a fluffy white head. Smells of mostly of citrusy hops and sweet malt. Taste is light and slightly bitter, with the sweetness of the malt balancing the hop bitterness well. All in all, an above average brew that is sublimely drinkable for it's alcohol content.
