L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a dark brown color and a somewhat cloudy consistency. There was a 1 1/2", creamy, off white, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A slightly underwhelming aroma of malt, hops, caramel, and a grassy quality.
T: Tasted of a small amount of caramel (could have used more), a good shot of malt, some light hops (mostly in the finish), a tinge of apples, and the aforementioned grassy quality. The problem with the flavor here is that it's far too thin and watery. It lacks a certain punch and aggressiveness.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a somewhat thin finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Kind of a disappointing beer. Not terrible, but could've been better.
