Great looking beer, pours clear golden with a truly delightful foamy head that leaves an equally picturesque curtain of lacing. Nose is pretty faint. Maybe a slight hint of corn, maybe a smidgen of caramel? Really no nose of note. Taste starts out sacharin sweet malty, followed by bitterness derived from the alcohol content, I would assume. Finally, a little fresh tobacco taste as well. Finishes a bit dry with a bit of the sweetness left behind. Body is pretty full but still thin enough to go down pretty darn quickly. It's a decent beer, just hard to classify it maybe. Sorta like a malt liquor?

I'm not sure what makes it a strong ale vs. an IPA which it looks and tastes like, but a hoppy aroma and tropical hoppy flavor. Better than expected from them
