A: Pours like oil, and looks like is in the glass with a decent rich tan head.
S: Rich and malty with lots of bourbon aroma. Vanilla, oak, and some higher alcohols.
T: Very woody up front. Caramel and brown sugar with some bitterness. The oak flavor travels through to the finish, with some tannins.
M: Medium thick in mouthfeel, low carbonation, and a touch of burn and splinter in the finish.
O: Overall I think this one needs some blending down. The wood age is almost too much, it comes off as tannic and overly woody.
