First of all. The label just Says New England IPA. It's only upon further inspection that you find that the label says 9.3% ABV. This is an unfiltered beer by any measure. Sweet and bitter. The taste in the finish is different. Not really sure how to describe it. Earthy/yeasty/soapy. But this is a very good beer. Was in Jackson for a viewing and had to hit the brewery for the first time in 4.5 years. Everyone on Untappd was drinking this beer and I got two in my two mixed 4-packs.

Pours a murky filmy orange, decent head and lacing. Scent is pure citrus. The profile here is orange juice, hint of rind. A touch of grapefruit as well. Sharpens nicely in the finish. Very nice.

I got a couple cans of this beer off the single shelf from my local beer store located just around the corner. The scent had orange and orange peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base and orange hop presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Definitely not "world class". It seems like this beer was overrated because of its high ABV. Tasted almost like a vodka and orange juice. On the far right is the juice and on the far left is the alcohol with nothing in the middle.

Poured super hazy, murky orange with a two finger head, and good lacing.
Smell was moderate to strong orange citrus, with hints of tropical fruit.
Taste which follows the nose, was outstanding, super creamy, a hop juice bomb. Tons of sweet orange, with some tropical highlights. Amarillo is the star here, along with Citra. Super smooth, absolutely no alcohol taste at all, dangerously drinkable. I have had hazy juicy hop bombs from Singlecut, Foreign Objects and Revision, and this beer easily stands along with or on top of any of them. From a small brewer in Jackson Ohio, who has just really started canning small batches.
