Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours a dull, pale orange color and is hazy. It is topped with a couple inches of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.

Malty with some pine and a little grapefruit.

Malty upfront with some pine and bitter grapefruit bringing up the rear. Lingering bitterness

Fuller bodied with a creamy mouthfeel

Bitter and malty.

Pours a dense mustard yellow. Aroma is very sweet, nectar. Upon the tongue, terrific feel to this; velvety. The profile is complex. Sharp notes of citrus, but a bit of chew to this. The malts in the Simcoe play nicely, but the Amarillo is probably the star. Well done
