On draft, in 10 oz glass
Clear, medium yellow golden in color, white head. Aroma and flavor is clean grainy flavor, a touch of hops. Well balanced, easy drinking. Thin to medium bodied.

one thing i almost always think to myself when i drink an imported kolsch style is, "i wish this was 15 to 20% more robust, but exactly the same". seriously, i think that. call me weird, but its true. and so this really got me off, because its a little maltier without being heavier, and its a little more hoppy without being bitter, and even though its so much more flavorful than a lot of these, all the flavors are the same as the classics, there just seems to be more of them, which makes this pretty righteous! maybe a tad bit of haze in here, but fluffy and light looking still. aroma and flavor of dry european malts, slightly weighty in feel, and hopped with a fresh but grassy and dry strain, bitter enough, but it stays really easy drinking . the yeast is cool, it seems less pulled out and cleaned up, but the beer remains crisp. this being a little more sturdy is really cool, and i dont know many like this. its so much better and cooler than a throwaway blonde or lager for the non craft drinker who stumbles or gets dragged in, but with equally wide appeal. spot on for what it is and the purpose it has!
