To date; May 28, 2004 this is by far the best low carb beer that I have experienced. Pours to a golden yellow hue with a lasting head and satisfactory lacing. Combination of hops are apparent but not distinguishable. Perhaps some spice and apricots in the mix. No watery feeling at all as the chewiness prevails. Very unfortunate that this is only sold on premises. Frankie the dachshund would be proud.

Very good light lager. Hints of barley and hops, with a smooth slightly dry aftertaste. This brew had a short lived white foamy head and lower than normal carbonation. I was lucky enough to get it straight from the source in Frankemuth, and it was much better than what i had expected. If you get a chance to try this, go for it. I would highly recommend this to any light beer drinker.
