Slightly hazy straw yellow in appearance, the quickly disappearing head was pure white in color. The creamy aroma contained hints of coriander, bananna, and yeast, as well as pale malts, a little grassiness, a some herbal qualities. Taste was light and refreshing - smooth, but not quite as creamy as I expected from the name. Bananas and possibly orange peel ebb and flow throughout the flavor, mingling with clean and crisp hops. Hops are of the European variety, slightly grassy and a little herbal. Flavor improved noticeably as the beer warmed. Finish tends toward drying with some toasty malt flavor, but maintains a noticeable creaminess. Aftertaste is crisp is a shimmer of banana. Mouthfeel is creamy yet crisp, with slightly sharp carbonation. A good brew to begin my evening at Frankenmuth Brewery.

Appearance: Pours to yellow in color with two finger white head. Fair lacing.
Smell: flowery
Taste: The same as the smell. It does have a little ale bite but lighter. If there was a such thing as an ale that was light this would be it. It is really a refreshing beer that I could really enjoy in the summer. It is a lot better that the macro lagers.
Mouthfeel: Watery, but some flavor to go along with it.
Drinkability: Really good. Nothing queer in taste that makes it a real thirst quencher.
To me it is kind of a plain jane type beer. Really nothing that knocks your socks off. That very well could be because of its style. It does have a quality about it that you can taste.

Part of a sampler at the brewery. This was my last choice for the sampler and my favorite beer, go figure. A hazy yellow straw color in the glass with a solid white head. A mild aroma of malt and floral hops. The flavor is of sweet malt and is creamy indeed, like honey with vanilla. It has a good body and carbonation lingers a little. This is a really tasty and well made beer, and probably underappreciated by the beer rating community due to its style.
