Brewed for the Marv Herzog hotel a block or so from the brewery.The beer for happy hour at the hotel.Came in a pilsner glass a very light golden with a fluffy white top that settles slowly.Mainly grainy aromas with a light smattering of leafy hops,a more malt driven pilsner.A lightly sweet start on the palate with a honey tinge,it dries out a bit in the finish with some mild spicy hop,a grainy feel thru to the finish.No frills but a nice 'on the house' beer at a real cool hotel named after the late 'Frankenmuth Polka King'.
