Eye Candy: Hazy, translucent copper.1 finger, fizzy off white head. No rising carbonation. Thin edges with minimal clumping.
The Nose Knows; Initial distinctive bitter hop, overpowering, that gently transitioned into a touch of floral to clear the nose.
Tongueland: Resembles a pale ale in taste, instead of ESB. Missing that characteristic bitter dry taste. This was had a bite to it, but the bite was more floral, instead of a dry bitter. Finished with strong alcohol that cleared the palate.
Bender Factor: I tried this over the summer, it was up to specs then. I dont know what happened, but what the hey, these things happen.
