It was served from their Bar in a nicetall pint glass and was the last shade of brown before black. There was little head and the beer's murky exterior swooned as the small head failed to have anything more then a pinch of retention.
Deep flavors of cofees, dark choclates, and oak were pick up of wifting this monster of a beer.
Thhe taste was really something to write home about. It was a very layered taste with the influx of the scotch malts, british hops, black cofee, and macadamia coming to mind, then the after taste being on maily the malts, and the ethanol buuurrrrnnn.
Due to the strength and overall heaviness of the beer, the flavor lingered long on my pallet and encompassed nearly of section of my mouth with a coating of tich residue. On a side note carbonation was a mininum.
This beer was quite strong and heavy, if you have more then two be prepared to take a cab home.

The beer pours a dark brown color with a thick frothy offwhite head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a nice malty scent that boasts of toasted caramel malts and a bit of smokey character. The taste is decent also. It has a fruity malt flavor that boasts of crystal and peated malts. It boasts an elevated abv. of 8.3%, so it has a bit of warmth in the finish. The mouthfeel is good. It is a medium/full bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a good drinking beer. It has good malt presence and excellent mouthfeel.

Eye Candy: A milky array of colors: jet black with orange and red swirls. A sight to look at in the light. Poured thick, 1 finger pillowly head that vanished quickly. Resembles motor oil, but highly drinkable motor oil.
The Nose Knows: Strong bourbon smell, rich malts underlying.
Tongueland: Velvety smooth. Rich and deep malts that finish Scotch-like with a hint of smoke.
Bender Factor: You better get a DD for this one.
