Imagine a squirrel burying a nut. And this is like the best nut in the world. Maybe he found it in Bregje Heinen’s backyard or something. Anyway, so the squirrel buried that damn nut, and he aged it for years. And you know what? Maybe next to the nut was a trouffle. Yeah, there’s a trouffle next to this nut. And what happens is the squirrel finally digs up that nut, and he brews it into an English Brown Ale. That’s what we have here. A hella nutty and smooth Brown Ale.
