Brown color, limpid, with one finger of light brown colored foam.
The smell is definitely spicy and christmassy. With ginger, candy sugar, orange peel, cinnamon.
Same notes in the taste, cinnamon more in evidence. Then some anise, again a lot of orange peel ginger and candy sugar.
Well balanced, alcohol well hidden. Weel done, very christmassy.
