Juniper triple, collaboration with Chianti Brew Fighter.
Aslightly hazy amber, scarce foam, off-white.
Fruity smell, melon, ripe. A bit too much. Then the juniper, yes, but it remains a bit too sweet.
In the taste is more similar to a classic tripel, with a relative dryness, and a good taste of juniper.
Fruity aftertaste, wild strawberry, yeasty notes. Balanced, in the end.
Alcohol hidden.
