This barrel concoction rides the high end of the curve. Smoothness here seems like a blend from 2 or more whiskey (from Rogue's Spirits Ops) barrels. Good booziness balanced with great wood. Owner/head brewer Dwayne Buccholz gave us Oregonians the grand tour. We'll be back.
