12 oz can poured into Uinta can glass. No can date or ABV listed.
Olive juice colored with a small 1/2 finger of grey-white head.
Smells a bit like olive juice too. Some green pepper/coffee, musky grains, cardboard, nuts, and slight caramel.
Flavor is mostly non-existent, there's some crisp pleasant graininess, which lends to superior drinkability; slight spiced nutty fruit cake; light flecks of vanilla and caramel flavoring. I'm really reaching with these descriptors and they could be purely psychological at this point.
Feel is where it's at. Really crisp, clean, perfect carbonation, near-perfect dryness. Good stuff.
Overall, an underwhelming beer that I wouldn't pick up again. If this beer was not crisp and pumped full of carbonation, it would be like nutty olive juice and an instant drain pour. There's slight redeeming value but it doesn't make the cut to merit another purchase from me.
