Pours a clear gold color. One inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of wheat, citrus hops, pale malt, hint of vanilla, and a hint of coffee. Fits the style of a German Kolsch. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of wheat, slight pale malt, hint of citrus hops, and a hint of coffee. Overall, light, simple, with a good appearance, but a little lacking in body, even for a Kolsch.
