330ml bottle served in a tulip. Pours a dark, honey-colored hue akin to buckwheat honey with no head and a translucent clarity. Nose is bright and vinous with hints of acetic acid. Taste consistent with nose, albeit somewhat more muted and slightly watery. Mouthfeel is light in body with a soft acidity and a mild acidity. Overall, my first experience with this fruit varietal and it has quite a bit of promise; however, a little more complexity to this beer would do wonders.
