Pralin is an Imperial Milkstout. The beer contains lactose, which helps to give a slightly creamy milkstout, and you can expect to find chocolate, coffee and cinnamon notes.

Copenhagen 3/8 2023. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Dark green and black can with an white outline of a P.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big lightly beige head. Fluffy and stable. Settles as thin, frothy layer of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sugary sweet, candy-like odor mingling with a bit of cool mint. Chocolate, honey, lactose, cocoa and vanilla. Fazer mint and alcohol.
Light carbonation. Rather thick, oily, viscous, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong, sugary sweetness followed by a medium strong, dark chocolate bitterness. Aftertaste is dry and dark. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry and a bit minty and cool.
Sweet dessert with a dry touch of very dark chocolate.
