At night, it's a black India pale ale style brewed with floral-spicy Ella, bright citrus Citra, and grapefruit Cascade, with the addition of five varieties of German malt. A dense, rich, dark IPA with the aroma of roasted coffee beans, in which the natural bitterness stands out primarily due to the coniferous-earthy notes of hops in the taste.

Almost black in color. Medium-sized, beige head. Roasted malt, pine, chocolate, and a hint of coffee in aroma. Well-balanced taste with roasted/hoppy bitterness and roasted malt in the background.
