Pilot Batch #29 - Imperial Cherry Wheat pours a dark reddish color, with a long lasting, and lacing pink head. Sweet aroma, with lots and lots of cherries. Flavor is sweeter, lots of cherries, a tad tart near the end, a very subtle bread like flavor mixed in. Good body and feel. Overall, sweet, lots of cherries mixed in with a little bit of beer.
