Broken Brick Bock pours a clean, golden color, with not much head. Aroma is nice and mellow, clean and crisp, malty and buttery. Flavor is nice clean and crisp, easy to drink, but a lot there, crisp malts, nice buttery flavors. Good body and feel. Overall, a really good, stronger, example of a Maibock.
