Pilot Batch #57: Bacon-maple Imperial Pastry Stout pours almost black, with a very small, tan head. Aroma is sweet, candy like, lots of maple. Flavor is sweet, with a little smoke, lots of candy maple, and nothing overdone. A little flat, and a little watery. Overall, an easy pastry stout, very tasty, and very easy to drink, on the lighter side.
