This Chardonnay Infused Ale is the chardonnay of beer! Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops creating a crisp aroma of pear and apple, followed by a dry body with flavors of apple, papaya and pineapple.

Chardon-Ale pours a yellowish, almost greenish color, with not much head. Aroma is sweet, and sour, notable grape notes. Flavor is sweet and sour, lots of bright sour grape must, with a very dry body, hints of apple and pear. Good dry body. Overall, very good beer, sweet and sticky, sits on the palate, nice and dry.
