I "Walked The Bridge" whilst visiting Island City trying this beer off the tapper as part of an eight (8) sample flight. It poured an opaque dark with thin ecru ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had bold salted dark chocolate notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to sip with semi sweet dark chocolate malt base and salted grain presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Undertow Series: Dark n' Salty pours black, with a small, tan head. Aroma is sweet, lots of caramel candy. Flavor is sweeter, but not too sweet, salt, and caramel candy flavors. Silky body. Overall, its a nice beer, great adjunct flavors, sweet, but not too sweet.
