Pilot Batch #63: Rum Cake Pastry Sour pours a darker, cloudy, brown color, with no head. Aroma is tart, sweet, cake notes. Flavor has a sweet, cake, butter, rum notes, with a slightly tart finish. Good body and finish. Overall, a nice sour ale, nice flavors, lighter and easier.
