Pilot Batch #79: Honey Basil Brown Ale pours a darker brown with a nice-sized fizzy head. The aroma is mild but hints of honey. The flavor is very easy and smooth, with noticeable notes of basil, sweet honey, and then a small amount of bitter to end. Overall, a very nice brown ale; added flavors are easy and fun.
