A clean dry lager with late whirlpool additions and a heavy dry hop schedule both during active fermentation as well as cold dry hopped. El dorado and Mosaic harmonize on this easy drinking lager.

Permits & Passion pours a clean gold with a small lacing head. The aroma is bitter, with a hint of pine. The flavor has a nice mellow pale cereal flavor, with a bold, bitter, hoppy, vegetable flavor. Good feel. Overall, a great lager with a strong, hoppy flavor.
