This hazy IPA is a throwback to when craft beer innovation was the norm. Back before cell phones and the internet it was all about who you know and what you can source. Before compressed hop pellets were utilized to increase yields, brewers used fresh whole cone hops. These flowers consist of layers of soft tissue petals where lupulin glands form looking like large yellow pollen grains. This IPA has a soft grain bill and is chock full of whole cone citra hops resulting in a fresh uplifting citrus taste that is reminiscent of craft beer's glory days.
