A West Coast-style "session" IPA brewed with Mosaic, Sabro Incognito, and Amarillo whole cone hops. Bananza yeast and local wildflower honey help to balance out the high IBUs resulting in a beer with a dry finish that showcases the complexity of the hops. At 5.8% it encourages having another and embarking on a proper IPA exploration.

Midwest X Northwest pours a hazy, bright orange color with a long-lasting lacing head. The aroma is harsh, with notes of sweet honey. The flavor has a harsh, bitter, aggressive flavor, with a smooth, sweet honey flavor to balance it all out at the end. Good feel. Overall, it is a bigger flavored IPA that uses honey well.
