This English (ESB) pale ale was brewed using classic English malts, yeast, and hops. The distinctive British hop characteristics come from additions of Endeavour, Bullion, and Bramling Cross. With a delicate balance between hop bitterness and a sweet biscuit-like backbone, this ale finishes clean allowing the hops to shine through.

Pub Wallop pours a bronze color with a small, long-lasting, lacing head. The aroma is pretty earthy but bold. The flavor is nice, doughy biscut with big hints of earth. Good feel. Overall, a bit more earthy, bold flavors.
