Straight Ball Blues pours a clear golden color with a smallish, long-lasting head. The aroma is mellow, sweet and bitter. The flavor has a lovely, sugary note, almost soda-like, balanced with a pleasant earthy bitterness. Good feel. Overall, it is a light, sweet, and bitter cream ale and bitter cream ale.
