A classic West Coast IPA with a clean malt backbone that lets the hops take the lead. Old school usual suspects Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, and Amarillo come across with piney resin and citrus undertones, finishing crisp and dry. No haze. No sweetness. Just original classic West Coast hops.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a 10oz snifter glass.
Cloudy, brown colored body. Egg shell white colored head. Leaves behind partial sheets of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malts, and slight pine and citrus.
Taste has the flavors of citrus and pine, with a toasted malt base.
Medium mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Drier finish. Good carbonation.
Odd color and lack of clarity is off for style. Flavors are muddled, with a off-putting woody bitterness.

64 Impala pours a bronze color, with a small head. The aroma has a nice, harsh edge, dark cereal notes, and hints of earth. The flavor is balanced between harsh bitter hops and a sweet grain, with hints of earth. Good feel. Overall, a solid, flavorful IPA, harsh but relatively balanced.
