Strap Tank Brewing Co.

Stopped in at the Lehi location for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. It was a little on the quiet side, but very cool decor and attentive waitstaff. Food was solid, as was the beer: I tried a Keller and a session hazy…nothing too memorable but good enough to be enjoyable.

Great place! The garage vibe really hits the spot, nicely done! Beer is solid and food is very good! Would go there again any time.

very cool spot here, my first new brewery visit in what seems like forever with the pandemic raging, it was great to get a quick road trip in. this place is neat, a big almost barn looking building adjacent to a bizarre shipping container structure that houses their merchandise shop and some other businesses. the main brewery looks like a new build that was designed to look like an old garage or workshop, with antique features, high ceilings with rafters, and some old timey decor, but i liked the vibe a lot, authentic or contrived. the brewery itself is visible past the bar through a window, a modest operation, i was impressed with the number of beers they have on, i know they also have a second location, but i am not sure if they actually brew at that one also or not. we had a good handful of beers in here, the bottled saison was the runaway winner for me, really good, but i also enjoyed a pumpkin spiced latte brew which i believe was a lager, and was pretty pleased with a basic rye beer, but was unimpressed with a hazy brown and a couple of lighter lagers, so some decent beers happening, but a little bit up and down in terms of quality. the food we had was excellent though, and the service was solid for a guy running around the dining room apparently by himself. i had some wings and a chicken philly and was happy with both of them. the space is cool, there was some diversity on the beer list, the music they played in here was awesome, and i think overall they have a good thing going, perhaps still evolving, which is always good, but i enjoyed our time here and would stop in again for lunch for sure!
