Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is slightly hazy/opaque copper to amber, head is off white and presents 1 finger thick and then lingers well with a near solid thin top and thicker ringed edge.
Smell is slow to start but with some warmth and agitation I get some light toast and caramel, very light hop notes of grass and citrus.
Taste is toasted and caramel malt notes, sweeter side of pale ale, hop notes of citrus, grassy, earth, maybe some sweeter honey and light toffee notes as well.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a sweeter pale ale with a lean towards sweeter caramel and light toasted malt, milder bitterness.
